On Temperament as an Essential Characteristic of Leadership

I've always felt people (including me) want to work for people who are consistent in character and temperament.  Never too high or too low.  And, as I get older, working around people with "drama" is less and less enchanting.Here's my quick hit on temperament and leadership:Swenson on Leadership
